We can help with

  • Bugs, crashes, or unexpected behavior inside DaPilot.
  • Trouble with voice entry, OCR scanning, sync, or exports.
  • Subscription and billing questions (refunds go through Apple).
  • Feature ideas and feedback — we read all of them.

We can’t help with

  • Whether you’re current, qualified, or within FAR limits for a specific flight — defer to your CFI, chief pilot, ops manual, or aviation counsel.
  • Troubleshooting third-party logbook apps (LogTen Pro, ForeFlight, MyFlightBook). We can help with importing from them, not with using them.
  • Phone or live chat — email is the only channel. We answer faster in writing.
  • Android or web versions — DaPilot is iOS-only for now.

Before you write

Two things that speed up a reply.

Include your iOS version and DaPilot version

Settings → About in DaPilot shows the version. iOS version is in Settings → General → About on your iPhone. Pasting these two numbers saves a back-and-forth.

For sync or paywall issues, mention your Apple ID region

Subscriptions, exports, and iCloud sync behave differently across regions. We don’t need your Apple ID itself — just the country.
