Free trial counters
Three voice entries and one OCR scan, ever, on the free tier. The counters do not reset, so save your trials for flights you really want to log fast.
Cancellation
Subscriptions cancel from the App Store. Your Pro features stay live until the period ends; your data stays put forever.
Refund and tax
Apple handles billing, refunds, and tax. If you need a refund, request it through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple, not DaPilot, per App Store Review Guideline 3.1.1. We never see your card. Pro entitlements are granted by RevenueCat from the App Store receipt and synced to your account.
